- In these unprecedented Covid 19 times, Goderich Pharmacy want to assure you that the health and safety of our customers, our employees and their families is our top priority.
- We have physical distancing in place for all team members in our warehouse.
- Our store are currently operating 6 days per week, and we are continuing to process and dispatch orders as normal.
- Some delays may be experienced, but we are working hard to minimize these and ensure your shipment arrives in the fastest possible time. The sorting and handling of our orders are being prioritized by our delivery partner USPS.
- USPS are providing safe, no-contact deliveries, with no signature required.

When will my order be processed?
Orders received on Weekdays up to 2pm CST will be usually processed and dispatched on the same working day. Orders received after 2pm CST on weekdays will usually be processed and dispatched on the next working day (this will be Monday for orders received after 2pm on Fridays, or Tuesday if it’s a holiday). Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
Orders received after 2pm Friday up to midnight Saturday will usually be dispatched by the United States Postal Services, and sorted by United States Postal Services on Sunday.
* A working day is Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
** Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.
We deliver from Monday – Saturday* (excluding Holidays).
*Saturday deliveries are only to major towns and cities.
Do you deliver internationally?
We always try to accommodate every customer, so if you would like to purchase from us and live outside of Ireland please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your location, desired product and quantity you require, and we will give you a quote for the expected shipping costs.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery for orders in Texas is usually Next Working Day after dispatch.
*All delivery days are estimate, but are based on our current delivery success rates.

All orders will be delivered by United States Postal Services.

Yes, you can track your order online at USPS.COM .
I want to order items of a sensitive nature, can you ship them discreetly?
Yes, absolutely. All our orders are shipped in discreet packaging (items are packaged in plain padded envelopes or plain boxes), although our shipping labels may show our company name and address. How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?
We’ll send you a text message via USPS to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number).
You can also track your delivery online at USPS.COM .
What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery, we’ll leave a card with the courier’s contact details. You can then give them a call to re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect your order.
